ARRIVAL:

A £10 deposit will need to be given when booking but will be taken off the original price when making a payment. Please arrive to your appointment 5 minutes early, with no makeup and very clean lashes. this will reduce your appointment time and this will result in an incomplete look and the charge for the appointment will remain the same.

CANCELLATION: 

If you must cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees. A £15 cancellation fee will be charged for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment start time.

INFILLS FROM OTHER SALONS:

do NOT accept infills from other salons, my insurance does not cover myself or yourself whilst you still have lashes on from another salon. The only option is that i remove the current lashes and apply a new set but the charge of removal will be added.

PATCH TEST:

A patch test for new clients is mandatory to check for allergies at least 24 hours before the treatment. If after your appointment, you experience any discomfort, itchiness or redness in the eye area, please get in touch with me for advice or refer to your GP immediately. You should never ignore any symptoms of an allergic reaction, as it may lead to serious health issues if untreated.
